Direction: The Florida Hospital Foundation needed a steadfast print provider that could manage quarterly non-profit direct mail appeals, including over 10k recipients with multiple data merges. I led the account for two years, managing each mailing from start to finish.
Deliverables: Multiple mailings that included multiple pieces and data merges. Provided consultation on recommended paper stock, advisement on artwork, along with competitive pricing from negotiating hard costs. Additional work was requested from different Florida Hospital Foundation departments as a result of excellent customer care, successful mailings and flexible pricing.
