Direction: The NMB won Produce Business Marketing Excellence award in 2017. In this submission I highlight “Mango as a Cultural Icon,” a theme that lived throughout social platforms, retail initiatives, nutrition messaging, and blog creation.
Deliverables: A unique submission that was unlike all preceding submissions. I closely researched the Share. Mango. Love. trips that took place years preceding. I researched the cultural influences of mangos across the globe and found a true love between mangos and their respective communities. Without coincidence, it became clear that the cultural influence of mangos and “mango memories” (as I termed it) were rooted deeply within each program and initiative the National Mango Board created.
